2. Digital Services (eSIM, Data Plans, Top-Up)

  • Once an eSIM, data plan, or top-up has been delivered, activated, or otherwise made available, it is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused data, expired data, or failure to use the service within the validity period.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming device compatibility and destination coverage prior to purchase.

3. Physical Products (Devices and Accessories)

3.1 Customer’s Convenience

  • Returns or cancellations due to customer preference, change of mind, or incorrect purchase are generally not accepted.

3.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will offer a refund or replacement.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos or videos).
  • Upon confirmation, we will provide return instructions and arrange a refund or replacement at our cost.

  3. Please wait for instructions before returning items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take up to 14 business days after approval.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping costs and return shipping fees
  • Payment processing, bank, or currency conversion fees
  • Any charges related to services already provided or activated
  • Taxes or duties, except where required by law

7. Promotions and Discounts

Refunds for promotional or discounted purchases are limited to the actual amount paid. Promotional value, coupons, or discounts are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. In the event of a chargeback, you agree to cooperate with our investigation and provide requested information.

9. Purchases from Third-Party Channels
